1. Items marked “AVAILABLE ON ORDER” require a prepayment of 70% of the total amount (for purchases made through the online store). These items, as well as the items on offer and sorting tiles are non-refundable.

2. Returns are accepted within 30 days upon display of the purchase receipt, in order either to exchange the return item or allow for a future purchase. No refunds apply. Returned goods are accepted by our company provided they are in their original package.

3. The right of withdrawal is valid within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. In case of withdrawal, shipping costs are paid by customers.
